Surrounded by the Karwendel and Rofan Mountains, Wellnesshotel & Residenz Vier Jahreszeiten is located in Maurach at the southern shore of Lake Achen. The spa area includes an indoor pool with panoramic mountain views. The spa area consists of a hot tub, a Turkish steam bath, several saunas and infrared cabins, and a gym. Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten offers a varied sports and entertainment programme, as well as its own children's playroom. The restaurant serves creative cuisine with seasonal specialities and a wide range of fine wines. Half–board consists of a breakfast buffet with a selection of organic dishes, and a 4–course dinner with a salad buffet. A farmer's buffet, a barbecue evening, and a music and show night are hosted once a week. Guests will be received with a welcome drink (minimum stay of 3 nights). The centre of Maurach and a beach are only a 10–minute walk away. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and cross–county ski runs can be accessed right at the doorstep. The ski areas can be reached on the regional buses, which are free of charge for hotel guests.
