Distance: The closest shopping area in Bad Hofgastein is 3 km away, mountain tavern 400 m, hiking paths, bike trails directly next to the hut, Badesee 4km, hot springs 4km. Equipment: The cosy hut has on ground floor the following: Breakfast kitchen with wood stove, electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. Parlour with seats. Bathroom with shower/2 WC. Upper floor: Sauna, 3 bedrooms, out of which 2 are five-bed rooms, 1 triple room. Heating wood stove and electric heating. In front of the hut there are perch, sunbed, well, BBQ and meadows everywhere! Additional costs: Electricity, litter, bed linen leasable.
