Only a few steps away from Lake Faak, Villa Desiree features a small restaurant and a spa area with an indoor pool and a sauna. All rooms have a balcony. At Hotel Villa Desiree, guests can enjoy the sunny terrace and the panoramic view of the lake and the Karawanken Mountains. During fair weather, breakfast and dinner are served on the terrace. Spa facilities include an infrared cabin and a sun bed. Beauty treatments and massages are offered on request. There is free Wi–Fi in public areas and a free internet terminal. Rooms include wooden or carpeted floors, satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Free access to the public beach is offered during summer, and bicycles can be rented on site. Sailing, windsurfing and fishing are possible at Lake Faak. A tennis court, a golf course and horseback riding are within walking distance of Hotel Villa Desiree. A supermarket, a bus stop and a boat rental are only steps away. The Gerlitzen, Kranjska Gora and Tarvisio Ski Areas can be reached within a 20–minute drive, and the centre of Villach is 10 km away.
