Location: Galtür. A central location. The center of the village is 300 m away, the indoor pool is 600 m away. Tennis courts are located 800 m away, chair lift to the hiking area Galtür 1000 m away and Ischgl 9 km away.
House: farmhouse typical of the Paznaun. It has a 7 1/2 rooms, 130 m2 living space on three floors (upright posture is sometimes not possible). All rooms have wooden paneling and are furnished in rustic style. Heating with furnace (in the main room and kitchen) and by electric radiators (in the bedroom).
Ground floor: Comfortable rustic room with furnace, dinings tables, corner benches. Rustic kitchen with dining table, kitchenette, oven, extra wood stove. Double room.
