Farm house for 11 Persons Location: Above the village Kappl in the area of Oberhausen. In good snow conditions it is possible to downhill almost to the house. Quiet location with beautiful views of the valley Paznauntal. The center of the village Kappl is 2.6 km away . Dias-Bahn Chairlift is located 3.8 km away , Ischgl 10km away and the ski bus only 50 m.
House: farmhouse, built in 1742 and renovated. Pleasant rustic atmosphere. All rooms are surrounded by a wooden panel. Heating by furnace (in the room), wood stove (the kitchen), electric radiators (in bedrooms). Ground floor: Pleasant room (20 m2) with furnace, a dining area. Spacious kitchen (20 m2) with oven, stove, extra wood oven, a small sitting area. Bathroom: shower, washbasin, separate toilet. Rack for skis and special place for shoes in the hallway. First Floor: 2 rustic 4-bedded rooms, one of them with a double bed and two single beds, other with two double beds. Double room. A nice single room. Bathroom: shower, sink and toilet.
