These apartments offers a very quiet location in the heart of Kaprun and direct views of the Kitzsteinhorn Mountain. Wi–Fi is available free of charge. Exklusive Appartements are located at various addresses and provide a stylish ambience right next to the mountain bike trail and the cross–country ski run. All apartments are tastefully furnished and have a kitchen and a balcony, patio or a garden. Guests of all apartments can use the garden. The ski bus stops in front of both properties, while the ski lifts are 600 metres away. The centre of Kaprun can be reached in a 5–minute walk from the apartments. From 15 May to 15 October, the price includes the Zell am See–Kaprun Summer Card, entitling to numerous benefits and discounts. You also have unlimited free VIP access to the new Tauern Spa with indoor pools and saunas.

There is a mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 40 for the apartments Nina, Ida, Robin, apartment for 4 adults and apartment for 6 adults, and of EUR 80 for the apartment Barbara. The final cleaning fee is included in the price with a minimum stay of 5 nights. The hotel accept bookings from groups of more than 12 people only on special request. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. The non–refundable deposit mentioned in the Hotel Policies can be used for another booking within 1 year. Please note that a deposit of EUR 100 will be charged at check–in and refunded at check–out after guests return their key and the apartment is found in good condition.
