Kitz Residenz enjoys a quiet location, just 700 metres from the centre of Kaprun and only 70 metres from the the skibus stop. The 14 comfortable apartments (from 51 to 135 m²) come with a fully furnished kitchen and a balcony or terrace with a view of the Kitzsteinhorn. Several restaurants and supermarkets are very close to the apartment house. Kaprun and its surrounding area offers countless activities to choose from, in summer as well as in winter.
