Located next to the ski slope and only a few steps away from the village centre, this elegant hotel is situated on a sun plateau above Obergurgl. A member of “Small Luxury Hotels of the World”, Hotel Bergwelt is decorated with many works of art and offers beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding Ötztal Alps. The luxurious spa affords breathtaking mountain views and features various steam baths, a meditation room, a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, and a hammam. The beauty farm provides a wide range of relaxing beauty treatments, as well as classical and Asian wellness treatments. Savour the heated salt water in the highest outdoor pool in the Alps, or relax in the indoor pool, which is surrounded by contemporary works of art. Half–board is included in the room rate. Enjoy a gourmet breakfast, which features salmon and sparkling wine, and afternoon tea in front of the open fireplace in the lounge, with a choice of homemade cakes and pastries. Cap your day with a 5–course dinner in a romantic candlelight ambience, served with a salad and cheese buffet. Special dietary requirements can be catered for on request. Cocktail parties and themed evenings, such as Asian or Italian, are hosted regularly. Many activities for children, including professional child care, are organised at Hotel Bergwelt's kids' club.
