Offering panoramic views of the Dachstein Massif, Hotel Herold is next to the hiking trails and cross–country ski runs of Ramsau. Each room has a balcony and offers free Wi–Fi. Rooms at Hotel–Pension Herold are traditionally furnished and feature a seating area, satellite TV, and a bathroom with hairdryer. Guests can play table tennis and relax in the sauna and the infrared cabin. The Herold Hotel also features a fitness room and a ski storage room. The terrace offers scenic views of the surrounding mountains. Free parking is available on site. The centre of Ramsau is a 20–minute walk away.
