Located in the centre of Fiss, just a 3–minute walk from the ski lift, Hotel Herz Larain offers comfortable rooms with private balconies or a terrace. It features a spa and a playground area. All rooms at Herz Larain Hotel are equipped for full comfort with Swiss pine–wood furniture. The beds are adjustable in height and feature foam mattresses with individual degrees of hardness. Each room comes with flat–screen TV and DVD player and guests can rent DVDs from reception free of charge. Free Wi–Fi is also available in all public areas. The spa includes a sauna, steam room, whirlpool, hydro–jet massage and relaxation room. Children can play at the 2,000 m² playground or in the games room, which includes a PlayStation 3, many board games and a computer with internet access. There is also a restaurant and a bar with open fireplace. In summer, all guests receive the Super Summer Card, which includes the free use of all cable cars, the local hiking bus and 6 guided hikes per week. For children, many activities in the Serfaus–Fiss–Ladis region are available free of charge.

Guests are advised that the hotel's restaurant is closed on Sundays and closed completely during the following period: 02 April 2011 until 30 September 2011. During this period, guests can have self–serviced drinks at the bar and dinner can be served at the hotel's partner restaurant, which is 300 metres away.
