Family–run for over 110 years, Hotel Goritschnigg is located in a quiet side road in the centre of Velden, next to the Casino Velden. It offers a breakfast buffet. All en–suite rooms provide free Wi–Fi, a seating area and satellite TV. The suites consist of 3 separate rooms and feature a refrigerator and a balcony, with views on the town of Velden or the hotel’s Feng Shui garden. Next to the hotel, the Goritschnigg's restaurant serves traditional Carinthian cuisine from the hotel’s own butcher’s shop. In the evening, steaks and other specialities are served, accompanied by local wines. Tennis courts, a golf course and a sailing school are within walking distance from the Hotel Goritschnigg. The lido of Lake Wörth, as well as many hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby.

The reception is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00. In case of early or late arrival, please contact the hotel. Earlier departure and/or breakfast is possible on request, after consultation with the reception. You will enjoy free access to the lido of Velden during its opening hours, including sunshade, deck chair and beach towel. From April to October, you can buy the Kärnten Card separately in our hotel (prices for children and adults vary).

Enjoy your evenings on one of the beautiful balconies facing directly onto the hotel’s garden. Every suite contains 3 separate rooms including a bedroom, living room and bathroom. The bedroom contains a large and comfortable double bed with a welcome surprise. The living room contains a comfortable couch as well as a healthy welcome beverage and important information about Velden.
