About the village
The accommodation in Les Menuires is mainly apartment blocks which offer great value for money. But if you are looking for a hotel, Les Menuires has a small satellite village called Reberty, which is a little way up the valley. Here you will find a good selection of hotels to suit all tastes and budgets.
The apres ski scene here is slightly more sophisticated and not as wild as other resorts in the valley, but there are still a good variety of bars, restaurants and a nightclub to choose from. The Perdrix Blanche has to be recommended simply because it does the best pizza for miles around.
Shopping in Les Menuires is mainly in the two main quarters of the resort which are La Croisette and Les Bruyeres and here you will find a variety of shops ranging from sports shops, to fashion boutiques and food halls.

WHY WE RECOMMEND IT
If you like your skiing a little less full on and a little more laid back and relaxed, then Les Menuires is certainly the place for this. It offers great value for money and caters for all levels and abilities. Its apres ski scene is slightly more "gentile" than that of other resorts in the area, but there is still plenty to keep you occupied once you are here. All in all, great destination, great skiing and great value!
