Reception and delivery of the keys:
The reception is made at the Reception "Chalets Cocoon ", located in the hamlet of St Marcel in the municipality(Commune) of St Martin of Belleville 3 valleys, Savoy, France. The tenant makes a commitment to take up the accommodation at the planned date, during the opening hours of the reception desk and has to pay the 1000€ deposit on each chalet rented ( in cash or by bank card on the day of arrival or by bank transfer 15 days in advance).
In the eventuality that these conditions were not fulfilled, Sarl "Chalets Cocoon " would be entitled to refuse the delivery of the keys and to re-rent the apartment within 24 hours. Each accommodation is available from Saturday 05.00pm and has to be vacated the following Saturday before 09.00am, except in exceptional circumstances where the stay was reserved for a duration exceeding 1 week. In case of a late departure ( after 09.00am), a fixed 150-€ rise will be charged to the customer.
In case of late arrival, during the closing hours of the Reception desk, the tenant will have to arrange beforehand with the person in charge of Chalets Cocoon in order to organize the arrival. In case you encounter any problem finding the keys or the chalet, the tenant won't be able to seek any compensation, and the responsibility of the SARL » Chalets Cocoon« will in no case be engaged.
Any complaints concerning the inventory, the inventory of fixtures and the equipment or the cleanliness of the apartment will have to be made at the Reception desk within 24 hours following the arrival. Failing to do so, the tenant will be considered as having tacitly recognized the exactness of the inventory, the inventory of fixtures and equipment and the cleanliness of the apartment.

The establishment will send back the deposit via bank transfer within a period of 10 days, after check of the state of the apartment and after any deduction made for any damage to the accommodation, or for any unpaid bills, for non returning of keys, and if the internal rules of the residence were not respected under in any form, notably at the level of the behaviour of the clientele in the chalets and in all communal parts of the buildings. In case of rowdiness at night and after two unheeded warnings from the people in charge of the residence, the SARL " Chalets Cocoon " reserves itself the right to retain the customer's deposit or to evict the customer from the accommodation with the help of the police, putting a definitive term in the stay of the customers, without any compensation whatsoever.

FREE OF CHARGE SERVICES:
- A wooden basket is offered. Extra basket 7 € (delivered).
- Private ski shuttle (departure and arrival from skiing).
- Outdoor parking lot (2 spaces per chalet).
- Free admission for pets (if more than one, please contact us).
- Gear for babies (3 wheels push-chairs, high chair, baby cot) 70€/eweek
- Ski and ski boots delivery, season ticket, ready-made dishes (to be ordered before the stay).
- Fax, copier, internet available at the reception.
- Iron and ironing board, hair dryer can be borrowed at the reception desk.
- DVD and board games available at the reception.

1000 € deposit (Visa Or Mastercard, French Bank Drafts Or Cash).
The prices (prizes), for 7 nights, include:
• The apartment or the chalet rent
• Sheets and towels (beds made upon arrival)
• Satellite TV and Wi-Fi internet access
• 1 bag of wood for the fireplace (additional bag: € 7)
• Water, gas, electricity and heating
• End of stay cleaning (excludes the kitchen corner dishes)
The holiday tax, integrally paid to the town hall, is extra and to be sorted on site
The rented facilities concern the renting and the occupation of the facilities are for pleasure use only. The tenant will enjoy in total comfort the rented facility. The rented facility includes the furniture, one or two TVs, an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, crockery, bed sheets, and towels. The renting of the chalet is made for a maximum number of people only. Any malpractice will be hit with a €600 fine per person and per week, without prejudice towards any other damage or interest.
Pets are allowed only with previous notice.
