The Romantik hotel Cappella is located in the mountains of South Tyrol and directly on the ski slopes. An atmosphere combines Alpine cosiness with contemporary architecture. You will find spacious rooms and suites, some graced by old timber panelling and furniture, others bearing the signature of Matteo Thun, the renowned designer. All that and much more can be enjoyed in Colfosco, at the foot of the Dolomites.
The Pizzinini family, and especially the gallery owner, photographer and globetrotter Renate Kostner-Pizzinini, have been working with great passion to create a refuge for the artistically minded, who put the joy for beautiful things in first place.
Culinary art par excellence: Every evening our chef wins guests over with his gourmet creations. Traditional Ladin and South Tyrolean cuisine competes with fresh Italian specialities and international delicacies. Candlelight dinners, special evenings with fish menu or other specialities, cocktail parties, wine and cheese tasting and a la carte menus will be served in the dining room in the Roller or the Luis Trenkerstube, and our delightful homemade pastries are always a feast for the palate.
The cellar will surprise any connoisseur with more than 300 wines, all carefully selected by Carlo, the son of the house and a nationally recognized sommelier.
At lunch time you can enjoy a snack in our restaurant or, if the weather is fine, on the terrace with a splendid view of the majestic Sella Group and the ski slopes.
