Marilleva belongs to the Mezzana locality and has two centres, one situated at 900 m and the other at 1,400 m. One can travel to the higher district by car or comfortably with the gondola. The infrastructure in laid-back Marilleva 1400 is laid out so that everything is easy to reach without a car. The lifts run from here into the ski area, which is connected with bordering ski areas of Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio. If you haven't had enough snow by evening, you can take advantage of the floodlit pistes in Marilleva 1400. It is an impressive ski area, integrated with Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio, summing up a total of 120 km of beautiful slopes between the Brenta Dolomites and the Ortles Cevedale group.

Non-skiing activities can be enjoyed at the ice skating rink, a tennis hall or the ice stadium in Folgarida and in Mezzana. Or, you can explore the snowy mountain landscape on snow shoes. Recommended are day trips to the somewhat larger resort Male (approx. 20 km away) and the world-famous ski metropolis Madonna di Campiglio (approx. 35 km away). You can also enjoy a traditional culinary delectable in one of the numerous restaurants.

An International Valley Val di Sole has established itself as one of the most important international mountain biking areas: four years have passed since the Mountain Bike and Trials World Championships took place here in 2008 and just one year from the 2011 World Cup, and on June 2nd and 3rd these daring acrobats on wheels will return to Commezzadura for the famous Downhill World Cup competition and for the Pro Tour 4-Cross.

HOW TO GET THERE
By Plane The nearest airport is Verona Villafranca, but approximately 200 km from Trento there are also the airports of Milan, Bergamo, Bologna and Venice. Up north the closest airport is Munich. Reaching Val di Sole by plane is quick and easy thanks to the FLY SKI SHUTTLE, a shuttle bus that connects the valley to the airports of Verona and Bergamo (service provided only during the winter season)
By Train From all international stations, on the railway line Munich-Rome, you can reach the Trento station. In Trento there is the local one track railway Ferrovia Elettrica Trento-Val di Sole that reaches Marilleva where there is the Agency Vacanze Casa.
