The newest structure with wooden alpine furniture is equipped with every comfort one needs for an unforgetable holiday. We are located 400 m away from the slopes which are reachable by a free shuttle. The ski carousel of Folgarida-Marilleva-Madonna di Campiglio with 120 km of slopes which are also artificially covered with snow, represents an authentic paradise for skiing and snowboarding fans.
Gaia Residence Hotel has 30 high-quality apartments, all furnished with care, all with balcony or terrace. The kitchen/living room is eqipped with dishes, a set of pans, a hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher (except studios), satellite TV, safe. The bathroom offers shower, hairdryer and courtesy set.
We took care for the common environment in details and created all the comfort that is required. For our customers we offer bar, reception, reading room, TV room with satellite connection, internet point, laundry and ironing room with washing machines on tokens, heated deposit for boots and skis, tavern to spend some moments of pleasure in good company. The structure is equipped with large parking place, covered garage and lift. On request we also offer breakfast buffet and fresh bread delivery.
We are glad to welcome children with games room, with external playground, large garden, children chairs and beds. For those who would like to have hotel services and at the same time enjoy the freedom of an apartment, we offer several services: cleaning and daily towel exchange, agreements with restaurants and pizzerias, facilities for the use of pool or health centres in different structures of Mezzana and with the Pejo and Rabbi spas, which are located 15 minutes by car.
