2 room apartment from 25 m2 - 30 m2. Consists of a large, firendly area with one comfortable double bed (2 double bunk beds for 4 people, and a nice seating corner unit with cable TV and telephone. A little separated from that there is a fully funcional kitchenette with a microwave oven and a kitchen bar. Some apartments are with balcony.

Apartments are from 30- 40 m2. Some of them are 2 and some 3 rooms apartment. All apartments have 2 bunk beds in the bedroom and 2 beds in the second room. All are equipped with telephone, cable TV, kitchenette and bathroom shower / WC.

This spacious apartment is situated on the second floor and has three big and bright rooms:
A bedroom for 4 persons with two comfortable double beds (two double bunk beds for 4 persons built into the wall) and a nice corner seating unit with telephone and cable-TV. Through a round arch you enter one of the two fully equipped kitchenettes with microwave oven. Behind the next door there is the other kitchenette with a corner seating unit. The next big room offers a spacious bedroom with double bed, telephone, cable-TV and sofa, which can also be used as a double bed. This apartment has a huge and sunny balcony.

About accommodation: Apartment Edelweiß
Our Appartementhaus Edelweiss is family friendly and conveniently located in the centre of Zell am See, within easy walking distance to everything – the swimming pool and ice rink complex or the Zeller Lake are all within 100 m while the Zeller Bergbahn cable car to carry you to Schmittenhöhe summit is only 500 m away. Restaurants, shopping facilities and Nightlife are nearby. So you need no car!
Our house is very cosy and well appointed.
The large lounge has an open fire, bar and television for your enjoyment.
The sauna facilities including solarium and relaxation area are located in the basement,
along with a children’s play corner. Guest parking is available on site.
We have 12 apartements catering for 2 – 8 persons on 3 floors, almost all with a balcony and wonderful alpine mountain/lake views.
They are equipped with a kitchenette ( fridge, crockery, all cooking utensils including a coffee machine), TV and telephone. The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable wooden double bunk beds that are the same size as normal double beds but allow the children to sleep on the top bunk – they love it!
The new bathrooms contain a toilet and shower. Internet access is available on the premises.
We provide bread service every morning as well.
