Apartment 1 is located in the loft of Neža House. As you enter, you will find yourself in the charming living room, where there is comfortable seating for you to enjoy your flat-screen TV with the crackling sounds of a fire in the fireplace. The living room is connected to a kitchen with modern equipment, including a microwave oven and dishwasher. The master bedroom is in the gallery, with a lovely view of the Špik and Prisojnik mountains. The apartment has a separate room with an extra bed and flat-screen TV, and a bathroom that is especially equipped with a sauna and shower. Also for your pleasure on your own terrace, enjoy a splendid view of the Alps and the nearby ski slope from your private jacuzzi.

Suitable for up to four persons. Making meals and snacks will be a pleasure in the kitchen with its modern equipment, microwave oven and dishwasher. The living room with a corner couch can be converted into an additional sleeping area at night. There are two flat-screen TVs , one in the bedroom and one in the living room, as well as wireless Internet. The apartment has floor heating and a fireplace and, for our summer guests, there is also air-conditioning. The apartment also includes a private jacuzzi on the terrace.

On the terrace, you can soak up the warm rays of the sun, and warmth is provided inside the apartment by floor heating. Before going to bed in the spacious and light separate bedroom, you can watch your favourite show on TV. This apartments also offer air-conditioning and wireless Internet and an outdoor jacuzzi; you can relax in the sauna shared between Apartments 4 and 5.
