Sunstar Hotel Flims, an old-style holiday hotel, is surrounded by firs, close to the crystal-clear Caumasee lake and only five minutes' walk from the village centre. People in search of tranquility find it and sport enthusiasts find an ideal base here for many kinds of summer (MTB, rafting) and winter (skiing, snowboarding) sports. The large, comfortable reception is an inviting place to pause at any time.
Sunstar Hotel Flims has a non-smoking dining room and the "Carigiet Stube" offering cheese and meat fondues. In both reception rooms we serve a substantial breakfast buffet and, for guests on half board, our varied 4-course menu with choices. You will be surprised by the large selection of drinks obtainable from the hotel bar.
Relax and recuperate in our adventure pools (ca. 4 x 5 m - 28°) with their waterfall and tingling air-drying benches. Also at your disposal, at no extra charge, are steam bath, sauna, power shower, fitness studio and fine rest area. Various treatments can also be booked on site.
The varied weekly programme ensures different things will be going on during your holiday. In summer there are organised walks, a visit to an organic farm and much more. In winter our torchlight walks through the romantic fir forests ending up with mulled wine and live music with our pianist and dancing in the hotel lobby, are regular highlights. At all times of the year we take our guests on an interesting “back stage” tour of the hotel. Yodelers, male choirs, local bands and other entertainers regularly visit the hotel for your enjoyment.
