The small, Hotel Lötschberg, run by the owners, enjoys a central but very quiet location, only a 3–minute walk from the Interlaken West Train Station. Hotel Lötschberg offers free wireless LAN in all rooms, free tea and coffee around the clock, free washing/drying/ironing of clothes, free use of bicycles, and free use of the microwave and the fridge. Every room has an en–suite bathroom and a cable TV. Hairdryers and alarm clocks can be ordered at the front desk. All rooms are very quiet and have a view to the surrounding mountains. There is a coin–operated internet terminal. Guests of the Hotel Lötschberg receive a discount on tandem paragliding flights with the owner Fritz. Kids can play on the school yard and soccer field across the road. Children's playgrounds are close by.
