About the resort

All together 80 kilometres of alpine skiing invite not only the pros for the periodical world-cup runs but also everybody who loves skiing and snowboarding. The destination of the Horn Villages in the Upper Allgäu with its five ski regions Balderschwang, Bolsterlang, Fischen, Obermaiselstein-Grasgehren and Ofterschwang-Gunzesried, all of them between 700 and 1800 meters above sea level, offers you a good deal more than the regular ski- and snowboard-fun. During the grown ups enjoy flood light skiing, a run on the night coasting slide, the fun parks or the quite difficult world-cup run, all the little ones learn how to ski. Special training areas with tiny slaloms and trained staff turn the Horn Villages into an ideal family resort. And after having relished a full packed day, you may easily relax in one of the romantic mountain cottages with regional specialities and breathtaking views over the Allgäu Alps.
