Our Apparthouse Rosenheim offers natural living and the highest level of comfort in an ideal location in Schladming, only 50 metres from the Planai cable car station and a 3–minute walk from the centre.
We offer 6 comfortable apartments, a solarium and a Turkish steam bath. All apartments feature a living room with kitchen, one or 2 bedrooms, and a separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a snug tiled stove. In winter you can ski right up to the house.
As a Sommercard partner hotel, you can use certain services free of charge (Planai cable car, ride to the Dachstein glacier, all buses and toll roads, all swimming lakes, etc.). Schladming’s indoor adventure pool is only a 5–minute walk away. In summer there is free admission, while in winter there are reduced admission charges for hotel guests.
Please note that the mandatory final cleaning fee of EUR 38 is not included in the rate and is payable directly on site.
All living rooms and bedrooms, as well as the furniture, are made of pure solid wood, polished with bees wax and glaze made of plants, providing a unique room climate.
