If you want to ski downhill for seemingly hours on end (actually several minutes), then you won’t want to miss the 15.11 km slope in Breuil- Cervinia Valtornenche. This slope has a max vertical drop of nearly 2000 meters, just enough to make your ears pop! There are 57 ski runs with over 146 km in total. Getting to the top lickety-split is easy on any number of the drag, chair, cable lifts or gondola. One ski pass for six days (for around 250 Euros) gives access to Zermatt in Switzerland too, making the grand total more than double - 350 km of skiing terrain (and the cost isn’t much more than paying for the general Breuil- Cervinia Valtornenche ski pass). Skiing in Breuil- Cervinia Valtornenche takes place in both Italy and Switzerland, near the famous Matterhorn (4478 m). Over 400 metres long and over 100 wide, with its 40,000 square metres of snow, it’s ideal for all levels of riding. There are three different jumping lines for beginners, intermediate riders and experts. We have 3, 6 and 11-metre kickers, alongside jumps which get bigger and harder, until you reach the legendary “Decolletor”, over 18 metres high! You’ll find an infinite number of rails to satisfy your need for adrenalin. From the easy 4-metre flat box to the 7+7-metre kink rail-descent and the 2 mega walls which are 4 metres high and 6 metres wide!
