About accommodation:
The newest structure with wooden alpine furniture is equipped with every comfort you need for an unforgetable holiday. We are located 400 m away from the start slopes which are reachable by a free skibus. The ski carousel of Folgarida-Marilleva-Madonna di Campiglio with 120 km of slopes which are also artificially snowed, represents an authentic paradise for skiing and snowboarding fans.
The Gaia Residence Hotel has 30 appartments all furnished with care and quality, all with balcony or terrace. The kitchen/living room is eqipped with dishes, a set of pans, a hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher (exept studios), satellite TV, safe. The bathroom offers a shower, hairdrier and a courtesy set.
We took care for the common environment in details and gave all the comfort required. For our customers we offer a bar, a reception, reading room, Tv room with satellite connection, internet point, a laundry and ironing room with washing machines on tokens, a heated deposit for boots and skis, a tavern to spend some moments of pleasure in good company. The structure is equipped with a large parking place, covered garage and lift. On request we also offer breakfast buffet and fresh bread delivery.
We are glad to welcome children with games room, with an external playground, a large garden, children chairs and beds. For those who would like to have hotel services and at the same time the freedom of an appartment, we offer several services: cleaning and daily exchange of towels, agreements with restaurants and pizzerias, facilities for the use of the pool or health centres in different structures of Mezzana and with the Pejo and Rabbi spas, which are located 15 minutes by car.
