Kitzbühel – Connected Austrian-Alpine Ski Holidays
Kitzbühel is the home of the Hahnenkamm Classic Ski Race and a recreation haven for the rich and the famous to rub shoulders. Kitzbühel lies between the Kirchberg and Jochberg ski areas. A quick glance at the map shows a cobweb of intertwining blues, reds and blacks. Cable cars (9), chairlifts (28) and draglifts (17) connect the whole Kitzbühel skiing and snowboarding area.

The 13 km ski run dropping vertically for 1200 meters is the longest run. The remaining ski runs are broken up into smaller segments, with reds having the most with 78 km, blues having 67 km and blacks including only 23 km. Cross-country trails criss-cross the Kitzbühel area with 120 km. It is recommended to purchase the ski pass that interlinks all ski areas, especially if you intend to ski for six or more days.
