Hotel–Garni Zerza je od gondole Millenium Express v smučarskem središču Nassfeld/Heragor oddaljen le deset minut hoje. Ponuja samopostrežni zajtrk, več različnih savn in čudovit vrt.

Hotel–Garni Zerza is only a 10–minute walk from the Millennium Express cable car of the Nassfeld ski area near Hermagor. It offers a breakfast buffet, various saunas and a garden.
All en–suite rooms and apartments at Hotel Zerza provide a balcony and a TV. The apartments also have fully equipped kitchens.
In winter, free ski storage and a free shuttle service to the cable car station are available. Reduced ski passes can be bought at the Zerza Hotel–Garni.
In summer, guests of the Zerza can go hiking, swimming or cycling. There is a playground for children as well as a barbecue area. Guests can relax on the sunbathing lawn. Within a 5–minute walk, 4 different inns can be reached.
The 18–hole Gailtal golf course is 5 km away, and the two 18–hole courses in Tarvisio (Italy) and Bled (Slovenia) can be reached within one hour.
