In summer, guests can go hiking to the Stotterhof’s own mountain hut, cycle along the Gail River, and swim in Lake Pressegg. A summer toboggan run, a rope course, and climbing trails are nearby.
The stop of the free ski bus to the Nassfeld ski area, with its more than 100 kilometres of slopes, is only a 1–minute walk away. A 30–km cross–country ski run is right next to the Stotterhof. There is also an illuminated natural toboggan run, a curling rink, and ice–skating (on Lake Pressegg) in the vicinity.
Guests of the Stotterhof receive the Plus Card free of charge, which includes the free use of all buses and cable cars in the Nassfeld–Pressegger See region free of charge. It also offers reduced admission for many attractions.
