The Schönegg Swiss Quality Chalet Hotel offers breathtaking views over the Matterhorn and the roofs of Zermatt. Guests can benefit from an indoor pool and 2 salt water hot tubs.
The restaurant serves traditional Swiss and international cuisine. Wines from all over the world are also offered. The Schönegg bar serves various drinks and snacks and is an ideal place for Aprés–ski. Guests can make use of the beautiful, furnished terrace and enjoy their meals and drinks there.
All en–suite rooms at the Schönegg Swiss Quality are elegantly and traditionally furnished and feature cable TV and a minibar.
The Swiss Quality Chalet has a spa area including a sauna, a steam bath and tropic rain showers. A Kneipp corner and a recreation room with waterbeds are also available. Relaxing massages are offered on site.
The hotel is very close to the train station and all the town's attractions, which are just a 5–minute walk away.
The Schönegg Swiss Quality Chalet Hotel has the unique feature of a spectacular tunnel entrance with an elevator. A cable car can be found 600 metres from the hotel. The mountains around Zermatt offer various options for ski touring.

Please note that Zermatt is a car–free resort. Guests can drive as far as Täsch and take the train to Zermatt.

Please note that the Gourmetstübli is open from Christmas until Easter and from early July until mid September. Opening hourse are daily except Wednesdays.
