If there is no snow, MountVacation.com will refund you the full amount that you have paid + give you extra bonus equalling the value of the booking you made. Those bonuses are to be spent on any other arrangement made through MountVacation.com.

- Welcome drink
- Special price for 2, 3 or 4 days ski pass valid for Zell am See, Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, Kaprun (check details of the ski resort)
- Local tourist tax
- Rental of apartment, B&B in a pension, or half board in 3 or 4 star hotel
- Friday and Saturday party with DJ in a local pub
- Ski test
- 2 hours of pre-season training on carving skis with professional instructors

*Valid only if there is no snow at all 3 above mentioned ski resorts, at the dates covered by the booking. A closed ski resort because of bad weather conditions (fog, wind, heavy snow…) or in the event of force majeure does not entitle you to any pay back or bonus.
